I have been drinking green tea and more water and I have moved my breakfasts from 7 am to 10am- I find this helps me to cut back on snacking

Here's something interesting we as a Nation are so lost regarding portions and proper eating that we now have weigh-loss packets for our dogs!
I have been under the weather and fortunately it has been a natural appetite surpressent. I have focused on small quantities and food a fuel not pleasure.

So I took an active step in purposefully eating each bite of food and it is a very difficult process in re learning something I havent stopped to think about
